Below is information on what is needed to become an Owner or Tenant for Cypress Bend IV Condominium

It can take up to 30 days for approval after completing your application
Credit Score minimum is 640
Anyone over the age of 18 years old needs to complete a separate application
Rentals are permitted AFTER the 3rd year of purchase of ownership if purchased after June 18, 2020
Unit Owner is to provide a common area security deposit of $500.00 when leasing their unit
Leasing can only be a minimum of 6 months to 1-year max
Only two (2) vehicles allowed per unit (All vehicles must be registered with the Association and must have a decal)
2 pets maximum any combination of cats & dogs. Must be no more than 25lbs each.
HO6 Insurance Policy is required by the Owner
Approval is contingent upon screening
20% Down Minimum on purchases required
