DECALS AND GUEST PASSES

  REGISTERING A NEW VEHICLE / REPLACING YOUR DECAL: 

Each unit is allowed two vehicles only with one assigned parking spot and an additional Guest spot if available (first come first serve basis).  

 Click to register your vehicle with our management company, Alliance Property Systems. This can be done on a computer, cell phone, or tablet. Once you’ve registered your vehicle online, email Maria Riano info@allpropsys.net to obtain  your new decal. When sending e mail make sure to add Building # , Condo #  your name and a picture of your car showing tag.

 If you do not contact us about your decal and your vehicle is booted, we will not be held responsible. If you register your vehicle on a Friday, you must register it as a guest until you contact us on Monday.

Tenants need to renew their decals when their lease expires.  You must email us a copy of your lease when requesting a new decal. 

REGISTERING A GUEST / RENTAL VEHICLE:

Your guest(s) must register. They can Click to register below. This can be done through a computer, phone or tablet. 

Guest passes are done virtually through the vehicles TAG number and is only known to parking enforcement. Therefore, no display on the dashboard or on the rear mirror is needed or accepted. 

Please Note: Only approved residents can obtain parking decals. Guest's visiting residents for more than thirty (30) calendars days a year are considered residents and must be approved by the association. You cannot register a guests vehicle for more than thirty (30) consecutive days.
